- Who - Individuals or corporations interested in sponsoring HASB-KC for the 2026 Turkey Bowl and/or the 2027 Winter Classic to fight Pancreatic Cancer
- What - A social gathering where HASB-KC presents the HASB-KC mission and invites recipients to talk about how our cause has helped their lives. 90% of the money raised, after expenses, goes directly to research to find a cure for pancreatic cancer.

- Saturday 10/31 @ 2:00 PM 4 tickets + Parking
- How: Indicate your attendance via email to skate@hasbkc.org. Show up to the event. Sponsor us. Potentially win some Sporting KC tickets. Get your company logo on our marketing materials.
What does sponsorship of HASB-KC mean?
- Our primary purpose is to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer research and extend assistance to members of our local Kansas City hockey community who are impacted by cancer. We do this by organizing ice hockey tournaments and engaging in other hockey-related fundraising activities. Our mission allows us to stay true to the vision established by our late founder Bob Klem, using the sport he loved as the vehicle to serve his passion.
- This November, the day before Thanksgiving, we will host one of our favorite annual events: The HASB Turkey Bowl. During this event, we bring together members of our local hockey community for an evening of food, drink, fun, and hockey! These charity games were very special to Bob, and we are grateful to have the opportunity to continue the great tradition he started. The Turkey Bowl is an important event for our organization, and we hope it continues to grow it into a bigger and better avenue for helping in the fight against Pancreatic Cancer. HASB is currently seeking partnerships with organizations and individuals who desire to partner with us. To do this, we must first offset the costs of bringing our friends together for this night of fun. Once we cover these costs, 100% of every dollar we receive will go to fulfill our mission of fighting Pancreatic Cancer and supporting our local hockey community.
How can you sponsor HASB-KC?
There are many ways you can help sponsor the Turkey Bowl:
- Ice Time Sponsor ($500+): Help address our highest cost, which makes the Turkey Bowl and Winter Classic events possible
- Platinum - (Contact skate@hasbkc.org if you wish to sponsor HASB-KC)lP (Contact skate@hasbkc.org if you wish to sponsor HASB-KC) - Your organization gains all the benefits of sponsorship - Logo in program, on this year's jerseys, on the registration sign, and on our webpage.
- Jersey Sponsor ($500): Help outfit our players for the games - everyone plays better when they are wearing a sharp sweater, and your organization’s logo will be part of the design! If you sponsor before October 24th.
- Food and Beverage Sponsor ($250): Fuel the players and volunteers so they can give their all at the rink and on the ice.
- Player/Volunteer Appreciation Sponsor ($100): Show appreciation for the players and volunteers who are contributing their time and money to the cause
We accept donations of all sizes. If you prefer to donate funds individually, we can certainly accommodate your generosity – HASB is a 501(c)(3) organization. We are eligible to receive individual donations, including Employer Match contributions. Freewill Donation Link.
