2024 Sponsorship

What

• Our primary purpose is to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer research and extend assistance to members of our local Kansas City hockey community who are impacted by cancer. We do this by organizing ice hockey tournaments and engaging in other hockey-related fundraising activities. Our mission allows us to stay true to the vision established by our late founder Bob Klem, using the sport he loved as the vehicle to serve his passion.
• This November on the day before Thanksgiving we will be hosting one of our favorite annual events: The HASB Turkey Bowl. During this event, we bring together members of our local hockey community for an evening of food, drink, fun, and hockey! These charity games were very special to Bob and we are grateful to have the opportunity to continue the great tradition he started. The Turkey Bowl has been a very important event for our organization in the past and we are hoping that we can continue to grow it into a bigger and better avenue for helping in the fight against Pancreatic Cancer. HASB is currently seeking partnerships with organizations and individuals who want to partner with us in our mission. To do this, we must first offset the costs of bringing our friends together for this night of fun. Once we cover these costs, 100% of every dollar we receive will go to fulfill our mission of fighting Pancreatic Cancer and supporting our local hockey community.

There are many ways you can help sponsor the Turkey Bowl:

• Ice Time Sponsor ($500): Help address our most significant cost, which makes this whole event possible
  • Gold - Sponsorship Link
• Jersey Sponsor ($500): Help outfit our players for the games - everyone plays better when they are wearing a sharp sweater and your organization’s logo will be part of the design! If you sponsor before October 24th.

• Food and Beverage Sponsor ($250): Fuel the players and volunteers so they can give their all at the rink and on the ice.
  • Silver - Sponsorship Link
• Player/Volunteer Appreciation Sponsor ($100): Show appreciation for the players and volunteers who are contributing their time and money to the cause
